Operating the Orizia Resume platform at orizia.com
By creating an account or using the Orizia platform, you ("Member") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
1. Subscription & Billing Terms
Free Trial Period
Your 7-day free trial begins at the moment of enrollment. No charges are made during the trial. To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your trial period ends via the Cancellation Portal or by emailing billing@orizia.com.
Recurring Monthly Charges
After the trial, LBR Digital LLC charges $29.99 to your payment method every 30 days. This is a recurring charge that continues until you cancel. You authorize LBR Digital LLC to charge your payment method on this recurring basis by enrolling in the subscription.
Billing Descriptor
All charges from LBR Digital LLC for the Orizia platform will appear as ORIZIA.COM on your bank or credit card statement. If you do not recognize this charge, contact billing@orizia.com before initiating a chargeback.
Price Changes
LBR Digital LLC reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice delivered to your account email address.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Cancellation Portal or by emailing billing@orizia.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Access continues until the period ends. No partial-month refunds are issued except where required by applicable law.
2. Refund Policy
LBR Digital LLC offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied after your trial period, contact billing@orizia.com within 30 days of your first charge for a full refund. See our full Refund Policy.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use Orizia solely for lawful personal career purposes. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to reverse-engineer our systems, create accounts under false identities, or use automated tools to access the service without authorization.
4. Intellectual Property
Content you create using Orizia belongs to you. LBR Digital LLC retains ownership of its platform, templates, AI models, and branding. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform during your active subscription period.
5. Disclaimers
Orizia provides tools to assist in resume creation. LBR Digital LLC does not guarantee employment outcomes. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by applicable law.
6. Limitation of Liability
The total liability of LBR Digital LLC to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. LBR Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules, except for claims that qualify for small claims court. The arbitration shall take place in Wyoming, USA.
