Recurring Monthly Charges
After the 30-day guarantee window closes, refunds for recurring charges of $29.99/month are not issued except as required by applicable consumer protection law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact billing@orizia.com immediately and LBR Digital LLC will investigate within 1 business day.
Chargeback Policy
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact billing@orizia.com. LBR Digital LLC resolves all legitimate billing disputes promptly. Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in account suspension. The billing descriptor for all Orizia charges is ORIZIA.COM.
