1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an Orizia account, we collect your full name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash). This is required to provide platform access and communicate with you.
Payment Information
Payment card details are collected and processed by our PCI DSS-compliant payment processor. LBR Digital LLC does not store full card numbers. We retain only a tokenized reference and the last four digits for billing purposes. Charges appear as ORIZIA.COM on your statement.
Resume Content
Content you enter into the resume builder — work history, education, skills, and personal statements — is stored to enable platform features. This content belongs to you and can be deleted at any time.
Usage Data
We collect anonymized usage data (pages visited, features used, session duration) to improve the platform. This data is not linked to personally identifiable information without your consent.
Billing Address
Your billing address is collected for payment verification and fraud prevention purposes and is shared with our payment processor only.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Orizia platform
- To process subscription payments and send billing communications
- To send transactional emails (account creation, billing receipts, trial reminders)
- To respond to customer support and billing inquiries
- To improve our AI models using anonymized data only
- To comply with applicable legal and financial obligations
- To detect and prevent fraud and unauthorized access
3. Data Sharing
We share your data only with service providers essential to platform operation: our payment processor (for billing), cloud hosting providers (for infrastructure), and customer support tools. All providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.
4. Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, personal data is purged within 90 days. Financial transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by applicable law. Resume content is deleted upon your request or within 90 days of account closure.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including: access to your personal data, correction of inaccuracies, deletion of your account and data, portability of your data, and the right to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@orizia.com.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption for data in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest, regular security audits, and PCI DSS-compliant payment processing. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we notify affected users promptly in the event of a data breach.
